Air and cobalt – an unlimited source of inspiration
Description
Ceramics are timeless: they easily fit into contemporary trends while also popularizing traditional designs. Handcrafted ceramics are additionally emotionally charged. They carry the "signatures" of their creators, visible in the shaping or painting techniques.
Characteristics of the Artworki
Floral motifs inspire me, but sometimes I let myself be carried away by my element – air. I then create compositions based on impulse, using the stamps I have on hand. When painting ceramics, I most often use cobalt. A color that allows for extraordinary shades, works wonderfully in unusual combinations, and is, at the same time, the "trademark" of Bolesławiec ceramics.
