Prizes and awards
For over 20 years, we have been committed to preserving tradition, introducing new designs, and ensuring the quality of our products. This is evidenced by the certificates, awards, and distinctions that the Factory of Stoneware “Manufaktura” has received from independent institutions.
Must have
This year, FNK. Manufaktura in Bolesławiec won two "Must Have" awards for the collections Polski Stół and Renesans by Dorota Koziara. Polski Stół is a project by three Lower Silesian companies, which, using traditional production methods, created a set combining stoneware, porcelain, and crystal, based on the diversity of natural resources. Renesans reflects the designer's search for contemporary patterns in Polish craftsmanship as a new interpretation of traditional high-quality ceramics.
As part of the competition, the Expert Council, consisting of media representatives and important design centers, subjectively selects the most interesting and noteworthy objects that reflect current trends in Polish design. The selection pool consists of proposals submitted by experts and self-nominations by companies. The works selected during the expert deliberations are displayed at an exhibition accompanying the current edition of the Łódź Design Festival. Throughout the year, the "Must Have" exhibition also travels to Polish and international trade fairs and festivals. In previous years, the awarded products visited Milan, Berlin, Hong Kong, the Warmia Mazury Design Festival, and Doma.
Good Design
The Factory of Stoneware "Manufaktura" in Bolesławiec received the prestigious "Good Design" award in 2005 in a competition organized by the Industrial Design Institute. The jury appreciated the timeless set of stoneware from the RPB collection, decorated by Bolesławiec artists.
